Payment

To make a booking, a deposit of half the full amount is required in advance. Payment can be made through BACS or with a personal cheque. If you have to cancel your booking, the deposit less 15% will be returned to you. If a cancellation is made within a week of arrival, the whole deposit will be non-refundable.


Single-Night Bookings

During the busy months of May, June, July and August we do not usually take single-night bookings at weekends. However, please do contact us as we would like to accommodate you if we can. Single-night stays may be charged at plus £15 - £20.


How to get to Hookwood Bed and Breakfast

There is a good train service from Gatwick to Pulborough which takes approximately 30 minutes. Pulborough is three miles from Hookwood and has a direct rail service to London with a journey time of 90 minutes. Gatwick Airport is 50 minutes away by road.

Arrival and Departure

In order that you have a comfortable stay we need time to prepare the house, so it is important that the arrival and departure times are respected.
We suggest that you arrive at around 5 pm and depart by 10 am, but times can usually be adjusted to suit your own schedule. Should you want to stay in the house during the day, for example wedding parties often need to do this, then there may be an extra charge.
